Upon arrival

Spectators will enter the main gym entrance for temperature checks. Facial coverings will berequired while in the common areas (restrooms, concessions, and to seating areas). We ask that individuals distance between others while waiting to purchase tickets and for temperature checks. Visitors will be able to purchase tickets separately and season passes checked. Home fans and students will purchase tickets separately from visitor sales. Adult tickets will be $5 each and student tickets are $3 each.

 

Passes

Season passes can be purchased from Dr. Lori Boyd at home games.

Reserved seating with a seatback $100 for all games

General admission to all games without reserved seating $50 for all games

TSSAA passes and TACA passes will be honored at all games

 

Visitor Tickets

We ask that visiting teams email or fax a list of fans to receive first priority in ticket sales. This list could include player’s parents, siblings, coaches family members, cheer parents, etc. SMHS will pull out tickets to hold of the visitor’s allotment of approximately 150 tickets. Please email your list of fans to Lance Kennedy (SMHS VP/AD) at lance.kennedy@ccschools.k12tn.net and Jennifer Pickel (SMHS bookkeeper) at jpickel@ccschools.k12tn.net .

 

Visitor Seating

Visitors will have general seating available in the last two sections on the parking lot side (left side) of the gym. The front row will be closed to distance everyone from the walkway of others passing by to their seats. Everyone is encouraged to follow distancing guidelines to avoid placing anyone directly behind, in front of, or beside another family. Facial coverings should be worn when social distancing cannot be achieved. Facial coverings will be required while in the common areas (restrooms, concessions, and to seating areas).

 

Season Tickets (2 options)

Tickets available for families of 2 or 4.

Individual and odd number seats will not be available for this year.

Reserved seating will be limited to less than 200 seats. Placement of families will follow distancing guidelines to avoid placing anyone directly behind, in front of, or beside another family. Two seats will be placed between families.

Season tickets will not include any food or concessions this year.

No hospitality room this year.

Season ticket holders will have a laminated card as their pass. We discussed having the card with game numbers or dates to punch out with a hole puncher as people come through the gate.

Student Section Seating

Front row will be closed to distance students from the walkway of those passing by on the way to their seats. Seating will be limited for students to prevent anyone from sitting directly behind, in front of, or beside someone. Facial coverings should be worn when social distancing cannot be achieved. Facial coverings will be required while in the common areas (restrooms, concessions, and to seating areas).

 

Concessions

The amount of concession workers will be limited this year.Workers will wear facial coverings and gloves. Items sold will be pre-packaged. Popcorn, nachos (pre-packaged cheese), hotdogs and pizza individually wrapped, and bottled drinks.
